Right from the beginning, we conduct a detailed market research focusing on source markets, key markets and tour operators who will support the project. The study covers both local and international markets and includes tourism boards, airlines, marketing companies, industry leaders, key travel partners, travel journalists, influencers and opinion leaders. The findings give valuable data on market trends and movements, average room rates and length of stay, average spending, room configurations, desired property design, business seasonality and guest numbers.
Lastly, we collect financial data from the owners (funding sources, equity, debt structure, cost of land, total development budget) and incorporate with the market research findings to produce the financial, operational, marketing and development projections.
