KIWI Hospitality has adopted a hands-on management approach, taking the interests of the owners as our ultimate long-term goal. We ensure we integrate the investors interest in design development, technical services, pre-opening activities including completion, ongoing operations and management of any hotel or resort.
KIWI Hospitality co-founders are highly talented professionals from the hospitality industry, with a collective experience of over 75 years in various facets of the trade. The team is driven by experience, passion, and an in-depth understanding of the current market place and competition.
A typical management contract term is 10 years with additional 5 years automatic renewal and a further 5 years subject to mutual agreement.

The KIWI Hospitality range of property management services include:
- Accounting: monitor and control all the accounting processes on behalf of the owner.
- Administration & Human Resources: manage the process of recruitment, training and personal development program (PDP).
- Day to Day Operations: on behalf of the owners, we manage the daily operations of the property and related activities in accordance with the prior agreed budget and standards.
- Quality Assurance: Twice a year, an independent third party will conduct a detailed audit of the overall operations across all the internationally-recognized standards, policies and procedures set forth by KIWI Hospitality. This exercise is to ensure continuous improvement of the product and service quality at the property.
- Finance: Manage and supervise the budgeting process. The planned budgets are all supported with key action plans, which are part of the yearly business plan that is submitted for approval 60 days prior to the start of the fiscal year.
- Insurance: Bookkeeping and updating all insurance and licensing on behalf of the owner.
- Maintenance: Master-planning and direction of all mechanical operations, repair and maintenance routines.
- Property: Ensuring the protection of the owner’s assets.
