Post-Opening Sales & Marketing
KIWI Hospitality has an established network of international partners that successfully sell and market its hotels and resorts. The partners also support with public relations. A central booking system dedicated for business to business, business to consumer and global distribution is in place to manage reservations for our properties.
For a property to enjoy the KIWI Hospitality services, a new development will be built in accordance with the design brief that includes FF&E and details for design and conceptualization, all technical requirements are adhered to, and the planned opening schedule and date are followed.
During the operating term, KIWI Hospitality sales and marketing activities will include visits to travel agencies, tour operators, tourist offices and corporations, as well as attendance and promotions at selected trade fairs.
KIWI Hospitality will provide public relations, advertising and press services that may include recommending a competent independent public relations consultant for a property, arranging travel plans for journalists, key tour operators and travel agents for fam trips.
Global and Worldwide Sales & Marketing
KIWI Hospitality has an international network of sales and marketing associates and will recommend these to represent the property in their respective markets. The associated representation fees are considered operating costs and expenses of the property and are included in the sales and marketing budget.
In the domestic market, KIWI Hospitality has a reservation center with a booking engine and global distribution. Once a property is onboarded, the incurred costs is shared among all local properties within the KIW Hospitality network. The property can treat the cost as an operating expense.
