Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in KIWI Hospitality Training Programs (“Programs”). Please read them carefully before registering for any program. By registering, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration and Payment:

  • Registration for a program constitutes your agreement to these Terms.
  • You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract to participate in a program.
  • Full program fees must be paid upon registration. We accept payment via Card, Bank Transfer, Company Cheque or Mobile Money.
  • Cancellations and refunds are subject to our cancellation policy (see section 3).

2. Program Content and Delivery:

  • Program content and delivery format (online, blended, in-person) are subject to change at our discretion. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any changes.
  • We own all intellectual property rights in the program materials. You may not copy, distribute, or share program materials without our prior written consent.
  • You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment and internet access to participate in online or blended programs.

3. Cancellation and Refunds:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing to training@kiwihospitality.co.ke at least seven (7) days before the program start date.
  • Cancellations received within six (7) days of the program start date will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations received on or after the program start date.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any program due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will offer you a full refund or a credit towards another program.

4. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability:

  • We make no warranties, express or implied, about the programs or the results you may achieve.
  • We are not responsible for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your participation in the programs.
  • You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the programs.

5. Privacy Policy:

  • We collect and use your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at (link to your Privacy Policy.
  • You agree to the collection and use of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution:

  • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya.
  • Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be settled by arbitration.

7. Entire Agreement:

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us with respect to the programs and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements.

8. Amendment:

We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the updated Terms on our website.
