Our client is looking for a General Manager to lead all aspects of their new Restaurant and Bar business in Lusaka, Zambia.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Diploma in Hotel and Restaurant Management. Degree in Hospitality or Hotel Management will be an added advantage.
- A proven track record of not less than 5 years of relevant experience as Restaurant/F&B Manager in a top restaurant (min. 100 seater) managing a team of 50+ staff in the last 3 years.
- Understanding of East African cuisine, culinary techniques and flavours.
- Must have excellent wine and beverages knowledge.
- Strong leadership, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- Strong business acumen with financial and accounting skills
- Excellent hospitality technology know-how
