Qualifications, Experience and Skills
- Culinary school Diploma preferred.
- Atleast 3+ years proven work experience as a Chef or Cook.
- Must have worked in a Multi Cuisine fast paced Set Up in both Uganda and Kenya for at least 2+ years each.
- Great in production of East African cuisine, culinary techniques and flavours.
- Hands-on experience with various kitchen equipment (e.g. grillers, etc.)
- Familiarity with sanitation regulations
Salary
$500pm net (negotiable) with expat benefits
